This is a report on the PHARR Centre’s Rural Aging and Dementia Workshop held on September 5th, 2024! This workshop brought together researchers, care partners, and community members to address the stigma of dementia in rural areas. Through panel discussions, poster presentations, and innovative approaches, participants worked together using the World Café method to create a research agenda aimed at supporting older adults with dementia.
